CGI Wins 2009 Excellent Supplier Award.
CGI Automated Manufacturing has been recognized as one of only 2 winners of American Purchasing Society's 2009 Excellent Supplier Award.  The other is a company located in Hong Kong, China.  The basis for CGI Automated Manufacturing's selection as a recipient of this award was due to excellent customer service and on time delivery.  CGI is honored to be chosen for this prestigious award and we look forward to receiving it again in 2010.

CGI: First In U.S. to Combine River Navigation System with Mitsubishi NX Lasers.
CGI is the first U.S. company to combine the Mitsubishi River Navigation System with two Mitsubishi NX laser machines. Installation was completed in January 2009 and the system is in full production offering significant cost and material handling benefits to our customers.

New 62,500 sq.ft. Building Features Cutting Edge Technology.
The newly constructed CGI manufacturing facility is located about 25 miles southwest of Chicago in a rapidly growing industrial area convenient to 5 Interstate Highways and 3 airports. The new facility features a 92 station Mitsubishi River Navigation System combined with 2 Mitsubishi NX Laser machines. Two 5-ton overhead cranes provide efficient and flexible material movement. Eight loading bays provide fast shipment loading and unloading.
